Bridges leadership and staff members met early this week on a planning retreat for 2016 and beyond. Historically we’ve been a location-independent team, but a local team has risen up in Charlotte, NC where we gathered this week. Some of us gathered from out of town, and several other key team members joined in by video conferencing. What a blessing to have the time together to set goals, outline next steps and celebrate what we’ve accomplished thus far!
What’s Coming in 2016:
New Publications – Preorders for the Qur’an with Bible reference notes will be available soon, and the revised 2nd edition of A Deadly Misunderstanding will be available soon!
Essential Training & Educational Tools – We’ve heard time and again that people need and want more tools to take action and build bridges. This is a huge priority in 2016!
Staying in Touch – Bridges aims to stay connected with you, and to let you know when key news and opportunities regarding reconciliation and bridge building take place.
Got Volunteers? – We are excited to build a more robust process to onboard and train new volunteers. Welcome!
Capacity Building & Infrastructure – As our small team increases from a handful to a roomful, we are working at creating the systems, work methods and strategies that will continue to allow growth and effectiveness!
Most of all, we are excited to be watching what God is doing, to find the way that each of us can uniquely be a part of that. We are taking strides forward and welcome you on this journey of reconciliation with us to limit ignorance, assist in paradigm-shift, and empower spiritual awakenings worldwide.
